Nowadays there are too many ocassions in which we are just ourselves with our mobile phones checking information, distractions, etc.
I find that we are vulnerable to an excess of information and distractions, which are not beneficial in the way that other activities are.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
I find that we are vulnerable to an excess of information and distractions, which are not beneficial in the way that other activities are.
WHY IS THIS IMPORTANT?
- Activity matters because they have an impact on how we feel and how we think. For example:
- Doing something like cooking or doing something else, help you realise you are able to do things that are useful and you can also help others.
- Doing physical exercise can help you to feel energetic, to breath, to make your heart pump... feel happier, etc.
- Positive distractions can help you to forget about worries, intrusive thoughts, etc.
- Talking to others can help you find solutions to your problems.
- Relaxation can help you to sleep, to rest, to awake full of energy.
- Going for a walk with others or playing some game will make you enjoy talking with others, making jokes, learning from each other, etc.
- Attending courses help you to learn things you can do to expand your abilities.
